At APS Promotional Solutions we strive to get you great shirts on time and on budget. For most orders our production time is about 5 business days. To ensure you get the best customer service the clock starts after we approve your artwork.
Please keep in mind that the artwork must be print ready. Our 5 day production estimate also takes into consideration the availability of the shirts you want. If you have a rush job please give us a call and we will do everything we can to get you into the schedule.

However, due to the layering process, intricate designs with many colors or fine gradients may require additional setup and expertise. Proper preparation of artwork, including color selection and alignment adjustments, helps achieve the best results in screen printing.
What are setup charges?
The setup charges are typically a one time charge to set up the screens for your job. If you reorder the same design there will not be a screen setup charge.
These charges are $10 per screen / color and 12 pieces per imprinted color.
What if I only need a few shirts?
If you don’t need that many custom shirts we offer custom embroidery as an option. The minimum with only a 6 piece minimum. If your design has a lot of colors but you need a small quantity of shirts you may want to look at DTF or DTG printing. The DTG printing process and DTF printing are great ways to get colorful and durable prints without setup the costs of other printing methods. The strength of those processes is the ability to get color rich designs in low quantities.
